The course was founded in 1909. It is a nine hole links that is 5298 yards long. Par 68. SSS 65. Tight undulating fairways and small greens. Stunning views over the Dornoch and Moray firth. A great test of golf so don’t let the length fool you, come and enjoy.

1. Ballone – 284 yards from the tee. There is an old quarry then 2 bunkers at the plateau, 50 yards over there is a hidden green.

2. Knockshorty – 335 yards. Bunkers left and right on the fairway. Three bunkers guard the green.

3. Sandy Banks – 424 yards. The longest hole on the course. Out of bounds to the left. Bunkers left and right on fairway. Bunker on the right of a raised green.

4. Ballafaddich – 268 yards. Out of bounds on the left. Two bunkers to the right of the green. Mound at the back of the green.

5. Don’s View – 177 yards. Good par 3 with bunkers at the front of the green. Drops off the back. Out of bounds to the left.

6. Seafield – 389 yards. Blind par 4. Fairway follows from right to left. Bunkers on the right hand side of the green. Ditch at the back. Out of bounds down the left.

7. Bunkers – 130 yards. Blind par 3. Three bunkers guarding the green, left and right.

8. Jackie’s Brawest – 300 yards. Signature hole. Undulating fairway with a raised 2 tier green. Bunker left and right. Road at back of green.

9. School – 325 yards. Out of bounds to the left into a graveyard and school playground. Two gulleys before reaching a narrow and tricky green.

16. Plateau – 164 yards. Beautiful par three built on a plateau. Need to be accurate to hit this one.
